tools used to initiate and facilitate Continuous Improvement. ISO/QS standards require continuous
improvement activities. In this course,

are addressed.

exercises.

Who should attend:
This course is designed for personnel involved in Continuous
Improvement as Manager, Facilitator or Team Member.
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with data collection, quality tools - i.e.
histograms, run/control charts, etc. will be most helpful.
